Presenter - Lisa Stiver, Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP (TDS Law)

Lisa Stiver's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on commercial transactions, and on real property conveyancing, leasing, and financing.  As well, Lisa has significant experience in providing advice on tendering and procurement in both the private and public sector including healthcare law matters.

The goal of this seminar is to enable procurement professionals to better understand procurement contracts, improve their relationship with procurement lawyers in their organizations, and help them better represent their organization to external stakeholders and suppliers.
